“Dissolve“ is a 2D puzzle game created within ten days in GameMaker: Studio. As a result of the autonomous production, I gained experience in different fields of game development such as conception, asset production, level design, scripting and testing.
The player navigates a cloud which size is reduced by ascending and moving right. In order to reach the right side of the screen without dissolving, the player needs to increase the cloudss size by collecting clouds on the screen. The game includes five levels as well as a tutorial level and three different songs the player can choose from.
